One day those signing statements may come out and our prison ships may become a matter of public knowledge. In the long run, those may well put him on a level all his own in terms of statism. The statist "conservative" cultural revolution is a difficult phenomenon becuase Americans traditionally do not like european style power politics and imperialism.
