I guess it was the huge salary cut he was going to have to make. I actually thought he would have been a cool Surgeon General.
Honestly, the Treasury is screwed up, and anyone in their right mind wouldn't want to be there.
Besides, the administration is going to want a Yes man, not a brain in there anyway.
So, the downward spiral will continue.
