This from KidsPreferCheese about the 2008 Libertarian gubernatorial candidate in North Carolina:
Michael, Delaware blogger Hube would point out that you should never apply for a position at the University of Delaware.
Guess you'll have to remain happy with your position at that second-rate institution, Duke University.
I do have some small part in this movie. Have achieved minor cult status, as the review of a showing at the Kennedy Center reveals:The left-wing “academics” portrayed in "Indoctrinate U" have an almost comic-book-like rigidity, and yet they take themselves with the utmost seriousness.
The absurdity of campus life was summed up by conservative professor Michael Munger in a line that had the entire Kennedy Center audience hooting and cheering.
After describing how most university classes — whether it be English, science, or government — tend to begin with a long political harangue by the teachers to condemn the war in Iraq or ridicule George W. Bush, he concluded, “What most faculty want is for students to validate their pathetic life experiences.”

Actually, I'd encourage Munger to apply! What makes you say otherwise? (Unless you mean that he'd probably never even get hired in the first place -- then you're probably correct!)
I'm a university professor.
This is complete nonsense.
It is right wing rose fertilizer, and I could go on at considerably greater length.
If I parse your sentence correctly, it was said by Mr Munger as though he believed it were true. For a libertarian politician, that's pretty disgraceful.
"Note that the section you quote is NOT a quote of me, or paraphrased by me. And, I really didn't say anything like that.
However, it was 2004 when this was filmed. And, at that time, a lot of profs REALLY WERE starting class with a harangue." -Munger himself, on his blog.
Perhaps this was not written when you commented, as Munger's blog does not include a date stamp.
And...right wing? Who's right wing? Munger?
